Since the early 1990s, the HSVP has been hosting the event annually at Yavnika Park, Sector 5, Panchkula. According to an HSVP representative, the festival’s primary events will include potted plant competitions, floral arrangements, rangoli, and a health baby showcase. He announced that there will be a mehendi competition, fancy dress competition, school children’s hasya ras sammelan, mono acting, duet dancing, best out of waste, pot painting, face painting, and folk dancing at the spring festival panchkula 2024.

On March 2 and 3, 2024, Town Park in Sector 5 will host the 36th Spring Fest, presented by Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP). The event’s major draw is a hot air balloon safari, which Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal will launch on Saturday.
At a press conference on Monday at Cactus Garden, superintending engineer Ashok Rana of HSVP’s horticulture circle announced that Haryana assembly speaker and Panchkula MLA Gian Chand Gupta will be the chief guest at the award distribution event on Sunday at 4 PM.
