With Holi approaching, Indian Railways’ North Division intends to operate around fifteen additional trains. The itineraries, costs, and routes for HOLI 2024 SPECIAL TRAINS have been made public by Indian Railways. There will be roughly six trains that leave Delhi and travel to various locations, linking cities like Katra, Varanasi, and Saharanpur. There will also be trains running from Saharsa to Ambala and from Patna and Gaya to Anand Vihar in Delhi.
A few trains that travel through Jharkhand’s Dhanbad will also make stops at three stations in Bihar.

HOLI 2024 SPECIAL TRAINS
The Central Railway made another announcement in which it said that in order to handle the large number of passengers during the festival season in March 2024, it will run 112 special trains specifically for Holi.
These Include:
- Weekly Specials for LTT Mumbai-Banaras (6 services)
- LTT Superfast Bi-Weekly Specials: Mumbai-Danapur (6 services)
- Weekly Superfast Specials on LTT Mumbai-Samastipur (4 services)
- Weekly Superfast AC Specials (8 services) from LTT Mumbai-Prayagraj
- Weekly AC Specials: LTT Mumbai-Thivim (6 services)
List Of Holi 2024 Special Trains: Date And Route
- On March 22 and 29, train number 04033, which will travel between New Delhi and Udhampur, will depart from Delhi. Upon its return, train 04034 will make stops at Jammu Tawi, Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Ambala Cantt, Ludhiana Cantt, Jalandhar Cantt, and Pathankot Cantt.
- Another Holi Special Train for Vaishno Devi is being sponsored by Indian Railways. It is scheduled to run twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays, departing from Delhi between March 24 and March 31.
- From March 25 to April 1, this train will make its return trip on Thursdays and Mondays, twice a week.
- Between March 21 and 30, there will be an additional special train that departs Delhi and arrives in Varanasi on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
- From Varanasi to Delhi, another special train will run between March 22 and March 31.
- The Holi special train from Katra to Varanasi is scheduled to operate once a week, departing on Sundays from Katra and returning on Tuesdays from Varanasi.
